this was the village whereiwas born . my moms house is situated here . i still remember hte days i used stay there(summer hopliays).the word village in my mind is MANJAPRA.it is really a beautiful and peaceful village with its rice fields ,rubber estates, small streams etc.. tthe village is famous for its church feasts which the inmates celebrate with great vigour . the villlage is very near the famous pilgrimage centre-malayattoor.the residents of this village consist of many well known families like mundadan, vadakkumchery,kolattukudy etc. .
